Just so you know, nutrition is important to me because I feel like some people diet for the wrong reasons. Yes, it is awesome to look great, but more importantly, it is awesome to FEEL great. I listed nutrition before exercise because there is strong evidence that shows that the right diet will give you the body you want and also a long, happy life. So now you ask, what is the right diet…? The answer isn’t that simple, but I suggest you read Good Calories, Bad Calories or Why We Get Fat and What to do About It by Gary Taubes; a lot of my information stems from his research. I also am a strong believer in the plant-based diet. I can’t wait for you to read!
Also, I love tacos. (Specifically, black bean and sweet potato tacos)
